DAG2020R-DF28 / R34-1 / R34-2
The DAG2020R DF28 die spraying devices were specially designed for forging presses from 3000 to 6000to as well as for spraying round dies. The rough conditions in practical forging operations were fully taken into account in the design. The AED spraying equipment is mounted on a standard industrial robot and fully integrated into the robot control. Correspondingly large media lines ensure an optimal supply of the spraying tool. The spray equipment is available for ABB, Fanuc and Kuka robots. The equipment of other industrial robots is possible on request.

- Spray tool of modular design, segments which can be lined up, 2 spray rows possible
- 3 spray circuits/cooling circuits per row top and bottom
- Pressure control air per row 1 x spray top/bottom and separate blowing
- Pressure control medium per row 1 x top/bottom
- Functions fully integrated in robot
- Command range of the robot extended by the spraying functions
- Connection for supply and return enable a ring line to the spray unit
