DAG2020R-DF 15/15A/15S/BWE

The DAG2020R die spraying devices were designed for forging presses from 2000 to 6000to or for reverse extrusion. The rough conditions in practical forging operations were fully taken into account in the design. The AED spray equipment is mounted on a standard industrial robot and fully integrated into the robot control. Correspondingly large media lines ensure an optimal supply of the spraying tool. The spray equipment is available for ABB, Fanuc and Kuka robots. The equipment of other industrial robots is possible on request.

Pressure control air, spray top/bottom and separate blowing (can be extended if required)
Pressure control medium top/bottom (can be extended if required)
Functions fully integrated in robot
Command range of the robot extended by the spraying functions
Connection for supply and return enable a ring line to the sprayer

DAG2020R-DF15-BWE

The DAG2020R DF15BWE die spraying device was specially designed for reverse extrusion. With a spray ring, the mandrel is quickly cooled and then sprayed. A snorkel can then be used to spray the bottom die.

Features:

External mixing nozzles made of PTFE to reduce the tendency to clogging.
Spray tool as a ring for above and as a snorkel for below, the dimensions are adapted to the conditions.
2 spray circuits above and 1 spray circuit below
