Inline Mixing and Supply System

  • Mixing and supply system for water based, non-pigmented die lubricants for high pressure die casting.
  • The die lubricant is directly injected into the water flow and is diluted with a static mixer.
  • An intermediate tank allows changing the concentrate drum without interruption of the production process.
  • The system needs a stable water main supply with sufficient capacity.

  • Stable and homogeneous dilutions
  • Accurately reproducible parameters
  • High reliability
  • Simple handling
  • Immediate change of dilution ratio possible
  • Closed compact system - no bacterial contamination of dilution
  • Separate water pump ensures stable supply pressure
  • Suitable for use with concentrate container of any format
  • Suitable for linear die spray equipment, robotic spray systems and stationary spray systems

Customer Value

  • Cost effective solution
  • Easy to operate – low maintenance
