Inline Mixing and Supply System

  • Mixing and supply system for water based, non-pigmented die lubricants for high pressure die casting.
  • The die lubricant is directly injected into the water flow and is diluted with a static mixer.
  • An intermediate tank allows changing the concentrate drum without interruption of the production process.
  • The system needs a stable water main supply with sufficient capacity.
